Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges cannot be offered once a crochet pattern, amigurumi pattern, or digital file has been downloaded or accessed. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds (Within 60 Days)

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 50% refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

• Your order must be verifiable
• A brief explanation of the issue may be required
• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase

If your refund request is approved, the refundable amount will be returned to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

• Digital processing and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are not available in cases of excessive downloading, file sharing, or misuse of digital products
